Pass Line

Don’t pass line

Don’t pass Line means an even money bet which is precisely opposite to pass Line. When you roll the dice, you win if you get 2 or 3. If you get a 12, it is a tie. You lose the point if the thrown dice shows up to a 7.

Come bets

Come bets can be made anytime after the first roll when the shooter has scored a point. If you get 7 or 11, you win, but you lose if you get 2, 3, or 12. Any other thrown number will become “come to the point” and will have to repeat until you win a 7.

Don’t come bets

This bet can be made after any time of the first roll when the shooter has got the point to make. It is the opposite of come bets where you need to get 2 or 3 rolls to win, and you get a tie when it’s 12. It’s not a good move if you get 7 or 11. Any other rolled number will be your “come to the point,” and you lose if the same is repeated. Get a seven and win.

Odds

If you get successful in the first roll or make a come the point, you can take the odds and win if, before 7, you make the point or come issues. Payoffs are 2 to 1 on 4 and 10, 6 to 5 on 6 and 8, 3 to 2 for 5 and 9. You may have to lay the odds to win in “don’t pass” or “don’t come, too,” which are the exact reverse of odds.

Place bets

When the shooter makes the point, you may place the “place betting number 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10. Before a 7, if the shooter rolls these numbers, you win the following payoffs: 9 to 5 on 4 and 10, 7 to 6 on 6 and 8, 7 to 5 on 5 and 9.

You have an option of taking out the “place bet” anytime before the next roll.
